Hostel staff use this information to respond to your request and arrange your stay. Requests are stored privately in our website database and are available only to authorized staff.

The booking form and staff dashboard use session cookies for security and confirmation messages. Temporary anti-abuse records help limit repeated submissions. Fonts and interface libraries load from external providers. WhatsApp and map links lead to external services with their own privacy practices.

When SMTP booking alerts are enabled, the booking details submitted through this website are sent to the hostel's configured staff email account through its selected email provider. These operational emails are restricted to authorized hostel staff and are used to review and respond to booking requests.
